With over 30 years’ experience in insurance and financial services, Paul has overseen business in both board and executive positions. He co-founded Strata Community Insurance in March 2014 and is the company’s Managing Director. Prior to this Paul spent 8 years as Managing Director at CHU and BCB and 13 years at Zurich Financial Services. Paul has worked within the insurance markets of the USA, Canada, the UK, Switzerland, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and United Arab Emirates.
Paul holds an executive MBA from the University of NSW and is a Senior Associate of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance (ANZIIF). Paul is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

David is the principal of Bannermans Lawyers, Sydney’s leading Strata Law firm, providing specialised legal services for the Strata industry.
He is an Accredited Property Law Specialist with the Law Society of New South Wales and has over 10 years’ extensive experience in all aspects of the strata industry.
David has a keen interest in education and training. He demonstrates his commitment by regularly presenting education seminars to lawyers, experts, certifiers, builders, contractors, lot owner groups and strata managers. Additionally, David is a Director of Strata Community Australia (NSW) and Chairman of the Ethics Panel.

Colin is Business Development & Client Management Director and oversees Grace Lawyers’ corporate, property, planning and strata and community law practice areas.
He commenced his career as a clerk with the Bureau of Consumer Affairs (now the Office of Fair Trading) in 1978 and throughout almost 20 years, undertook a range of other duties in the Government, including investigation positions and management roles.
Since 1998, Colin has pursued his legal career with the same commitment to the strata and community title world providing services to owners, owners corporations, developers and Government.
He is a Fellow Australian College of Community Association Lawyers, Member Strata Community Australia (NSW) and Director (2004-6), Member Strata Community Australia (National) Institute and Member SCA (NSW) Supplier Chapter & Education sub-committee.

Grant is a values driven executive leader with over 15 years’ experience in General Management.
He commenced his working life with 15 years in the NSW Police Force before moving into the insurance industry. His extensive experience covers general management roles with NRMA and Suncorp before making the move to his current role with Strata Community Insurance.
Grant is responsible for leading the NSW & ACT team of Strata Community Insurance where he is passionate about delivering a unique customer experience for the strata sector.
With a passion and expertise in building and implementing business development strategy, Grant ensures that the foundations of the business are in place in order to deliver a true brand experience.
